Rentals

In addition to creating special effects for various film and TV productions, Acme also provides FX equipment rentals. We carry the basics — smoke, snow and haze — as well as specialty items such as Go Jaks, turntables and flashbulb rigs. As Toronto’s largest FX shop, we are more than able to help you with any of your special effects equipment needs.

We also offer student and long-term discounts, and are happy to work with you to find the equipment to suit your video, photo shoot or event.

Please be aware that certain items are only available to professional technicians due to the safety risks involved in their operation. If you would like to rent one of these items, we would be happy to send out a technician (or technicians) for your project or event.
